A full day immersion spanning three grounding sessions, beachside lunch and time in the sun, designed to strengthen and restore. Deep core work activates the body, breathwork regulates the system and cold exposure supports mental clarity. The day flows into restorative time by the sea, with optional massage and spa.
Each session can be booked individually, and dedicated one-on-one time with the practitioner is also available to deepen your practice and support your individual needs.
